I am SO thankful that my husband and I hired Carly to be our day of planner for for our wedding. I knew we would need someone on the day of because our chosen venue was very bare bones so we were responsible for all setup/tear down, and at first, I thought that's really all we needed her for. I was wrong. She helped navigate vendor decisions/answer general questions before the big day, set up all decorations, greeted and directed all of our vendors, organized guests, helped drive out our timeline to make sure people did what they were supposed to do/when they were supposed to do them, relieved/tipped all vendors, tore down all decorations, did the final walk through, and all the while making sure my husband and I were not bothered with any details to make sure we were actually able to enjoy our day. Without Carly, I know we would have been way more stressed and would not have been able to enjoy 'being in the moment'. She was professional, efficient, flexible and so fun to work with! Out of all of the hundreds of decisions you make during the wedding planning process, selecting your day of coordinator should be at the top of that list. The truth is, even if you are an event planner, after months of careful and obsessive planning, you won’t be able to enjoy your day without a coordinator. And I cannot be more pleased that I chose Carly and the Ever After team to do just that… take all the hard stuff on my big day, while I sat back, laughed with my husband, family, and friends and drank champagne!


I was one of those insane “type A” brides who could have opened an antique store with the sheer amount of décor that I had purchased for my wedding and had a novel of a checklist of tasks that needed to be completed on my wedding day. Not only did Carly graciously coordinate and help with the logistics and storage of my loot, she executed them in a way that looked better than my Pinterest visions! She kept everyone on track and at the end of the day, was just so sweet and likable that it was nice to have her around.

Even though Carly just offered “day of services” she was working with me at least 6 weeks out. She made time for me, listened to all of my anxious concerns, and made sure that we had a Plan B for everything weeks before the wedding. She even found a tent for our quartet, in the event of inclement weather, after I brought it up just days before the wedding. Trust me, you will not be sorry for hiring Carly for your big day! First of all, I will try to get through this without crying (too late!). You really went above and beyond to make this wedding perfect for Andy and I. I can honestly say it was the best day of my life and I couldn't have done it without you. You eased my stress and stepped in to help me source my last minute rentals when the planning became overwhelming. We truly appreciate you being with us every step of the way and were such a joy to be with. I feel like we've been friends for years and we were so happy you enjoyed the day along with us.

I could not be more grateful in our decision to have Carly help us out with our big day.  She went above and beyond our expectations.  Jeremy and I were planning our wedding from California and Carly allowed us to do that with ease.  She knew the Farm at Dover better than the back of her hand, worked seamlessly with the vendors, responded to my emails and texts in a timely manner, and truly allowed us to enjoy our big day.  This also allowed our parents to relax as she personally helped with transporting items the night of the rehearsal, clean up and the loading of cars at the end of the night.  Not only was she instrumental in our day going off without a hitch but she was a joy to work with!!


We couldn’t have done it without you Carly…Thank you again for everything 😊
